Fully powered upTo start the game in the wild blue yonder with Marcel LeBlanc fully powered up, simply  select "CONTINUE GAME" at the Title Screen. Then, at the password screen, go to "END." 
Activate a radar screenOn the Title screen, simultaneously press and hold Up and the L and R Buttons. Do not release them until after you start a game or go to the password screen to continue a game. This will allow you to activate a radar screen that appears in the bottom-left corner of your combat screen during a dogfight.
