Be Han Solo or ChewbaccaIf you want to be Han Solo or Chewbacca, press Y, X, X, X, A, A, A, B, B, B, Y, and Y at the LucsArts title screen.
Warp to the end of the stageAfter you enable the Debug feature, you can press Start on Controller 2 at any time to warp to the  end of the stage that you are on.
Be invincible, walk through walls and moreAfter entering the Game Debug code press and hold A, B, X, Y, Select and Start. With all the buttons still pressed down, press and hold down Start on Controller 1.  If you did it correctly, the screen will go blank. Now release the buttons. When you resume play, your character's location on the screen will be displayed (in X and Y Cartesian Coordinates) at all times. You will be invincible to most dangers and you will be able to walk through walls, and if you press Down and B at the same time, you will be able to drop through the floor.
Lot's of livesRack up the lives in Level 5, the land of the Sand people. Just before you come to the second set of floating rocks, walk off the ledge. Press the Left arrows as you fall and you will find yourself in a hidden room full of boulders. Shoot the ceiling to reveal a secret cache of 1-ups. Collect as many as you can and then walk off the ledge and press the left arrow again to repeat the process until you have 98 lives.
Five continuesFor five continues, press X, B, B, A, Y when the Option Menu screen appears.
View the creditsAt the Start Game/Option Menu screen, press A, B, A, B, A, B, A, B tosee the credits. 
Unlimited use of the Light SaberThe first time the "Start/Game Option" box appears, press Y, Y, X, X, A, B, X, A. You will have unlimited use of the Light Saber. You can't enter this code with any other codes. 
Sound testAt any time during game play, hold A, B, X and Y, then press Start. On the Sound Test screen, press A, B, X, or Y to start the music selection. Use the Controller to select different themes or effects, and press Start to exit the sound test and resume game play. 
Hidden blaster powerups and heartsSent in by Jason BesawOn Rescue of the Princess level, the part where you jump from floating platform to platform, right after the blue Pincer droids and little Mouse droids, is a room in the wall. In it are several blaster powerups and hearts.
Secret roomSent in by Jason BesawOn the platforms, shoot at the walls to find the room. There will be no blaster energy impact on the wall, and you've found your secret room.
See all of the force orbitsSent in by Michael Van MaanenIn Degoboth, the swampy one, use the force orbit e/ for elevation. Go to the top of the screen there will be a big platform. Do a super jump with your Light Sabor all around the platform like up, to the right, or left you will see all the force orbits if you went all over the platform.
Free man and a blasterSent in by Taylor Justice (Robin)On the top of the sandcrawler before you jump inside, shoot above the hole and there is a free man and a blaster!!!
Hidden blasterSent in by Michael Van MaanenOn the first level shoot all the scorpions until a blaster appears.
Hidden hearts and a blasterSent in by Michael Van MaanenOn the first level go to the green things. Get the blaster on the rock and go to the last rock. Shoot all the green things and some hearts and a blaster will appear.
Hidden lives, hearts, and blastersSent in by Michael Van MaanenIn the sand crawler, go to the spikes, shoot all the guys, go to the edge of the cliff, do a long jump In to the wall. If you did it high enough you will go into a secret room. Shoot up in the room. You will find lives, hearts, and blasters.
Fighting the sand crawler monsterSent in by Michael Van MaanenIn the sand crawler go to the monster with the gun. Jump to the right platform. Jump up and down shooting at the same time at the monster,then it will be easy and the monster will have trouble.
Clear any stageSent in by Wilbur YenOn the Start Game/Option Menu screen, press A, A, A, A, X, B, B, B, B, Y, X, X, X, X, A, Y, Y, Y, Y, B. If you've entered it correctly and quickly enough, you will hear a Jawa's scream. When the game begins, you can instantly clear any stage from any point by pressing Start on Controller 2. During the game, simultaneously press the L and R Buttons on Controller 2 to bring up the "Game Debug" screen. Use Controller 1 to change any options you wish. 
Fighting the BanthasSent in by Derek RespaljeOn Level 5 (Land of the Sandpeople), shoot Banthas with the PlasmaGun to destroy them faster.
Fighting the robot in the Death Star BaySent in by Derek RespaljeWhen you come to the robot in the Death Star Bay, slide underneath him when he jumps and you will be behind him.  Kill him from behind and you will have an easy win.
