Fighting the AT-AT walker bossSent in by Jason BergeronWhen fighting the AT-AT walker boss use your lightsaber and position yourself just on his neck right behind the head and hold the block button, you will bounce his lasers back at him and eventually he will die! This helped me beat him without getting hit.
Secret ledgeSent in by Jacob FrederickOn Level 14, if you fall down the ledge that doesn't have an elevator and keep to the right, you will find a secret ledge that if you use detonators, you will get free lives, big hearts, blaster power-ups, and health swords.
Start with 99 LivesWhen the Game Select Screen appears, press X, Y, B, B, B, X, A, Y, Y, B, A, X, and Y. If this is done correctly, you will hear Darth Vader say "Impressive". You will start with 99 Lives.
Seven continuesAt the Title Screen quickly press X, Y, A, B, X, X, you should hear a tone. Press start to play. When the game is over you will have seven continues.
Get all of the Force Powers and unlimited Thermal BombsOn the game Start screen press A, B, Y, X, A, B, Y, X, A, B, A, B, Y, X, X, Y, A, B, Y, and X, this gives you all the Force Powers and unlimited Thermal Bombs. To access the Debug Menu, press the L and R Buttons on Controller 2 anytime during the game. To become invincible, press and hold Select, A, B, Y, and X on Controller 2, then release all the buttons at once. You'll be invincible until the end of the Stage.  This only works in the side scrolling Stages only.
Start fully powered-up at Darth VaderOn the Start Game, and Options and Password screen, press A,X, B, A, Y, X, B, A, A, X, B, B, Y, X. If entered correctly, youwill hear a tone. Select "Start Game" and press Start. This lets youstart, fully powered-up, at Darth Vader. 
Use thermal bombs whenever you wantOn the Start Game, Options and Password screen, press A, X, B,X, X, A, Y. If entered correctly, you will hear Darth Vader say"Impressive." Select "Start Game" and press Start before the demobegins. This lets you use thermal bombs whenever you want! 
High scores screenOn the Start Game, Options and Password screen, press A, A, B,B. If entered correctly, the screen will switch to the high scores.Press any button to exit this screen. 
See the creditsOn the Game Start and Options screen, press A, B, A, B, A, B,A, B, to see the credits.

Sound TestWhile playing on any side-view screens, hold A, B, X, Y in thatorder. Then while still holding these buttons, hold the center of theControl Pad and press Start. A Sound Test screen appears. PressLeft or Right to select background music and press A twice to hearit. Press Down to get to the Sound Effects, then press Left orRight to select a sound and A to hear it. 
Ultimate Power codeOn the Start Game, Options and Password screen, press A, B, Y,X, A, B, Y, X, A, B, A, B, Y, X, X, Y, A, B, Y, X. If enteredcorrectly, you hear Darth Vader say "Impressive." Select "StartGame" and press Start before the demo begins. This is theUltimate Power code. (See the next two codes.)
InvincibleFirst, enter the Ultimate Power code. While playing in a sidescrolling stage, using Controller 2, hold Select, A, B, X and Y.Release all five buttons to be invincible for the remainder of thestage. 
Game Debug screenAfter entering the Ultimate Power code, press the L and R Buttonson Controller 2 to enter the Game Debug screen. Use Controller 1to adjust options. 
Intro screen changeAt the title screen, press Y four times. If the trick works, you'll hear Darth Vader say, "Impressive." Go to the Intro screen, press different buttons and watch the strange things that happen to the screen.

Lots of power upsUse the password NGM5JB to reach the Carbon Freezing Chamber. Play through this level until you reach the pit. Fall off the ledge into the pit and jump on one of the freeze lamps. Descend by jumping from lamp to lamp. When you reach the bottom, head to the right until you discover a secret room(you'll see a spider web-like figure in the background). Shoot all around the mysterious figure to reveal hidden grenades, 1-Ups, a Health Sword, Blaster power-ups and Hearts. After you've grabbed all the goods, jump off the ledge and die. You'll begin again just above the secret room. Repeat until you've maxed out on power-ups.
Hidden roomIn the Carbonite chamber (Han Solo), at the first deep drop-off, if you climb down the left side jumping on the protruding jets as you go down you will come to a hidden room where there are grenades, 1ups and gun-ups. After you leave the room you do not have to die to get back to the top. Just climb up, the same way you went down, jumping from jet to jet.
1-up loopHere's an easy 1-up loop in the first level. When you've reached the area where Luke rides the Tauntaun, go forward until you reach the breakaway bridge (the one with the big Heart under the arch). In front, you'll see a deep spiked pit. Step off the ledge and fall into the pit, pushing left as you fall. You'll land on an invisible platform. Jump straight up until you're sure you're on the top platform. Next, move to the left until you fall and then push right as you fall. You'll land on another invisible platform. You'll also reveal and collect an invisible 1-Up that was sitting on the platform. Continue to edge left off the platforms (eight in all from the top), pushing right as you fall each time. You should collect a total of four 1-Ups. After you've collected all four, drop onto the spikes and die. Repeat this until you've got all the lives you need.
