10 starsLet the intro run until you see "Turbo" go across the screen in huge letters. On Controller 2, quickly press Down, R Button, Up, L Button, Y, B. It is important to finish the code before the Title screen comes fully into view. When selecting your Turbo Speed, keep pressing right to get out to 10 stars. 
Look at the profilesTurn on the game and wait until you see the first profile of a fighter. On Controller 2, hold the L and R Buttons for as long as you would like to look at the profiles.
