Level skip

Start the game and select your car, then press B for each Level that 
you want to Skip. Then hold Up and Right, and press Start.





Skip to the ending

After you choose your car, press B 64 times. Then while holding Up and 
Right press Start to skip to the ending. 





Continue

After you lose a race, hold A and press Start to restart at the beginning 
of the last course you raced.
