ShortcutsSent in by Tips, Codes, Hints, Cheats, and Secrets HunterHowler Gorge/Ando PrimeTunnel 1On 'Howler Gorge/Ando Prime' on the first 7 races (#3), start as usual. In afew seconds you'll see a large "arch" with flags on it going up and over thetrack. Thats where you should be totally ready to try this. Shortly thereafteryou'll see a tall slender rock going up the left wall. The second you pass it,make a hard left (so you're directly in front of the rock). If you do it atthe correct angle, you jump onto a little risen path running along the wall.Stay on it and you'll soon see a bunch of icicles hanging of the wall. Gothrough them and beat your rival.Tunnel 2This only works on your second and third laps!!! On your second(or third) time across the finish line, slow your butt down ahead of time, andtake a turn left. One of the many orange tents will be open, and you can gothrough it.
Talk to your rival in the raceSent in by Douglas WynnAt Tournament mode's Main Menu, hold the Z Button while pressing A to start a race. You'll see a brief sequence in which your racer and a rival trash-talk each other in a hanger. 
Race with Sebulba's PodSent in by Douglas WynnTo get Sebulba's Pod to race with, all you have to do is win the last race, and he will be able to be selected! Also, it mentions it in the manual, but double tap R to flash his vents.
Make your pilot shoutSent in by Douglas WynnAt the beginning of the race the announcer will say, "3... 2... 1!" Just before he says, "1!", push the analog stick UP and press A. If it worked your pilot will shout.

Get Jinn ReesoSent in by Douglas WynnTo get Jinn Reeso, select an empty file, then press and hold the Z button while you scroll through the letters. Spell out the word "RRJINNRE" by holding Z and pressing the L button while over each letter. You should see the code spell out in the bottom left corner of the screen. When you are finished, highlight END and press L. This code only works after you unlock Mars Guo. 
Control the game with two analog sticksSent in by Douglas WynnSelect an empty game save (to erase, press C-Up), the hold the Z button while scrolling through the letters on the name entry screen. To enter aletter, hit the L Button. Enter the following word: RRDUAL. When you'refinished, select "End" and hit L again. Now enter your name the usual way. You now control the game with two analog sticks. Use controller ports #1 and #3, press forward on both sticks to drive and pull back to steer. 
Be invincibleSent in by Douglas WynnSelect an empty game save (to erase, press C-Up), the hold the Z button while scrolling through the letters on the name entry screen. To enter aletter, hit the L Button. Enter the word: RRJABBA. When you're finished, select "End" and hit L again. Now enter your name the usual way. Start a race and press Start to pause it. Now press D-Pad Left, Down, Right, and Up. You will now be invincible.
Mirror modeSent in by Douglas WynnSelect an empty game save (to erase, press C-Up), the hold the Z button while scrolling through the letters on the name entry screen. To enter aletter, hit the L Button. Enter the word: RRTHEBEAST. When you're finished, select "End" and hit L again. Now enter your name the usual way. Pause the race during gameplay and enter D-Pad left, down, right, up to activate mirror mode.

Take first place in all Tournament mode races, then activate the mirror courses in the Track Info Screen. When the Title Screen goes into demo mode, press Up-C.
View Watto at his shop and charactersSent in by Tips, Codes, Hints, Cheats, and Secrets HunterIn tournament mode, pick the option to buy pit droids. Then press cancel or B. Now press Z and use the control stick to look around. You will see Watto at his shop and your character. On either the left or right of the racer you have chosen, you will see one of many characters. Among the possibilities are a jawa, R2D2, Qui Gonn, and even C-3PO. You can also see many of the game's characters in the bar by using the same trick right after choosing a pod and track.
