Classic Mode
Sent in by Tips, Codes, Hints, Cheats, and Secrets HunterFor Classic Mode, beat the entire game with normal mode (easy). Then it will show up on your main menu next to the 1st and 2nd player mode. 
Maniacal Mode
Sent in by Tips, Codes, Hints, Cheats, and Secrets HunterFor Maniacal Mode, beat the game on expert mode. It will be in the options choice. The expert mode has two extra levels.
