Millennium FalconSent in by EthanFind the Falcon and go to Yavin. Destroy the monster in the trash compacter and go to the next level. There, play until you get to a white floor that seems to glow, there is also an extra life right there on that floor. Select your character who has the most health. Carefully super jump over the storm trooper in the turret and stand on the platform behind him. Then run ahead and you will be in the Millennium Falcon.
Asteroid Belt tipSent in by EthanWhen in the Asteroid Belt, one of the only ways to stay alive is to stay on the very right, very bottom or the very left, very bottom using the target. This tips works so well, you can have no shields for the ship and still get to the hanger of the Death Star.
Dr. Obi WanSent in by EthanFrom When you first get Obi Wan then when ever you need for a limited amount of time talk to him and he'll say "The force is very powerful" or something like that. Then your (Luke's) life will be restored. You will know when you've run out of healing credits when Obi Wan says "I feel a disturbance in the force."
Obi Wan KenobiSent in by EthanFind the cave with the giant flying bugs, and go to the very bottom. Jump up on the highest of the three rocks that has the health on one of them. Super jump from rock to rock, left, until you get to the platform with Obi Wan on it.

Shields and LivesSent in by EthanShields are absolutely necessary in the battle to get to Yavin in the Falcon, and even more so in the X-wing approach on the Death Star. You can find shields in the slug and wamprat caves on Tatooine. Six out of seven can be found by walking through hollow walls in the bug cave and the longest cave. The other life is in the very end of the last Death Star level.
Get all eight shieldsSent in by Indiana JonesTo get all eight shields, go to the level with the womp-rats (It is in the top middle of Tattoine). You should go past the first womp-rat and walk off the first cliff. You will fall past another cliff. After you fall past the cliff move (in the air) left. You will land on a little platform (that's a short cut). Jump to the right and complete the level. You will get a shield. Do it again and the shields will replenish. Do it eight times and get all eight shields.

Ledge tipsSent in by Clifford WuIn the Jawa Sandcrawler, on the second level you will find yourself on a big jump. On the ledge go all the way to the right. Then Face forward, press and hold B and go forward and press A as soon as you reach the end of the platform. You should make it.In the Sandcrawler when you get to the second level and the big jump, let Luke stand on the left small platform's very right edge. Press B and run. As soon as you have reached the other end press A and jump. You should reach the other edge.
Find Ben KenobiSent in by Andrew RichardsTo find Ben Kenobi, when you're at the end of the cave in the top right of the Tatooine Desert, go get the power ball and run and jump left, keep doing it until you find Ben. When you find him you will get the lightsaber. The lightsaber is useless until the garbage part.
Dodge all meteorsSent in by Andrew GrafIn the Millennium Falcon, while on your way to the death star, stay in the lower right hand corner to dodge all meteors.
Find HanSent in by JedOn Tatooine, in the landspeeder, go to the far left of themap. There you will find the Catinia, from there you can find Han.
Beat the Tatooine desertSent in by Andrew RichardsOn the first cave on the Tatooine desert, the one that you have to go in. The easiest way to beat it is to run and jump through the level until you get to the small rocks. Then you just jump until you get to the end.
Asteroid field tipSent in by KevinAn easy way to get past the asteroid field is to point the nose of the millennium falcon as far down as you can. After a while you will be out of the field.
Extra lives and shieldsSent in by HobyahOn the level in which you find Ben Kenobi, in the top-right of the Tatooine desert, you can find two lives. Instead of dropping of a platform into another platform, which is situated on a wall, jump, and you should find a secret passage where you should find two lives. Also, you can find a life in a cave on the bottom right of the Tatooine desert. Also, before going to the exit, keep on going left, where you'll find two shields.
